Flizo runs S to 3XL. Choose your regular t-shirt size for firm compression, or one size up for a lighter squeeze. The sizing chart on the product page has exact chest and waist measurements.

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across India with a ₹99 COD fee added to the order total, payable at delivery. On a few orders our delivery-risk check may ask for a ₹149 advance online to confirm the order; the remaining amount is then paid in cash at delivery. Prepaid orders get FREE delivery.
